Terms and Conditions ā J's Auto Wash LLC
Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the mobile auto detailing services provided by J's Auto Wash LLC ("we", "us", "our", or "J's Auto Wash"). By scheduling, arriving for, or accepting services from J's Auto Wash, you ("you", "customer", or "Client") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use our services.
Services
We provide mobile auto detailing, cleaning, and related services using eco-friendly products at locations in Long Island and JFK Airport areas.
Descriptions, pricing, and availability of services are provided on our booking platform, by phone, or in written estimates. All services are subject to availability and confirmation by J's Auto Wash.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.
Estimates, Pricing, and Payment
Estimates are based on the information provided by the customer and an initial visual assessment when our technician arrives. Additional charges may apply if the vehicle requires more time, materials, or labor than estimated.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements were made in advance. We accept the payment methods specified at time of booking.
Prices and fees are subject to change. Confirmed bookings are subject to the price quoted at booking unless additional services are requested or unforeseen circumstances require more work.
Booking, Cancellations, and No-Shows
Booking is required for all mobile services. Appointments are scheduled for an agreed-upon window; our technician will make commercially reasonable efforts to arrive within that window.
To cancel or reschedule, contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Same-day cancellations or reschedules may incur a fee.
No-shows and appointments canceled without proper notice may be charged a cancellation or no-show fee.
If we must cancel or reschedule due to weather, safety, vehicle condition, or other operational reasons, we will attempt to notify you and reschedule at no additional cost.
Customer Responsibilities and Vehicle Condition
You must ensure we have lawful access and permission to perform services at the location provided. You are responsible for any parking fees or access permits required.
Remove or secure all personal items, valuables, and loose objects from the vehicle before service. While we take care, J's Auto Wash is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.
Inform us of any known issues (e.g., leaks, electrical problems, or mechanical conditions) that could affect or be affected by detailing operations.
We may refuse to provide certain services to vehicles with excessive pet hair, biohazards, heavy soiling, cigarette burns, or other conditions that present health, safety, or equipment risks. Additional fees may apply for unusually dirty vehicles.
Work Quality, Satisfaction, and Claims
Our goal is to provide professional and thorough detailing using eco-friendly products. If you are not satisfied, notify us within 48 hours of service completion so we can address concerns and, if appropriate, correct the issue.
Minor imperfections may remain after detailing due to wear, pre-existing damage, or limitations of cleaning processes. We cannot guarantee the complete removal of stains, scratches, odors, or paint defects.
Claims for damage must be reported within 48 hours. We will investigate and, where appropriate, provide repair, reimbursement, or other remedies at our discretion. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or damage resulting from mechanical issues unrelated to our services.
Liability and Limitations
To the fullest extent permitted by law, J's Auto Wash's liability for any claim arising from or related to our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
J's Auto Wash is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost time, inconvenience, or loss of use of the vehicle.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless J's Auto Wash, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your negligence.
Health, Safety, and Environmental Practices
We use eco-friendly cleaning products and follow applicable environmental and safety guidelines. If you have specific product allergies or sensitivities, notify us before service.
Our technicians are trained to follow safe operating practices. You must not interfere with our technicians or equipment during service.
Photo and Media Release
We may take photos or videos of vehicles before, during, or after service for quality control, training, marketing, or portfolio purposes. By using our services, you grant J's Auto Wash a non-exclusive, royalty-free
